Wednesday and Friday Morning Classes with Tara

Please join Tara for a lovely morning class to start your Wednesday or Friday with a feeling of gratitude. Tara incorporates all aspects of yoga into her class. Breathwork, mudras and both hatha and restorative yoga into the practice.

We have both online and in-person classes available

Time: 9:00am to 10:15am every Friday.

Pricing: $23 per drop-in class

Class Packages are also available
